When is my order shipped?
-Most orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days from your order date.
How do I track the status of my order?
-After your order is shipped, your tracking number will be emailed to you.
What if I place an order and the item is out of stock?
-You will be notified via email that the item is out of stock. Your credit card will not be charged if the item is out of stock.
How do I use a discount code?
-Enter your discount code into the “Discounts” box at checkout.
Why have I not received my refund yet?
-Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
