What is a pre order item?

A pre order item is an item that you are ordering before we have inventory in our facility. 

When will my pre order item ship?

All pre order items have an estimated ship date and will typically ship within the ship dates provided. All items ship within 30 days of purchase order. If there is a delay in the ship date of your item you will be notified via email.

When will I get my tracking information?

You will receive your tracking information when your item ships out via email provided on your order.

Order Payments:

When will I be charged for my pre order?

Your credit card  will be charged and payment will be processed within 1-2 days of your order.

Why am I being charged before the item is shipped?

We charge customers before item is in our facility to guarantee product availability. 


Order Cancellations:

How can I cancel my pre order?

You may cancel your pre order anytime before estimated ship date. You must contact our customer service team via telephone with order # and information.

Will I get my full refund if I cancel my order?

There is a $10 cancellation fee due to item being held for you from the date of purchase order.

Can I exchange my pre order item?

Yes, please look at our returns & exchanges policy for applicable guidelines.

All orders will be charged and payment will be processed within 1-2 days of your order. Items purchased will be shipped on or around estimated ship date on your order.
