Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be aMAzed with the items you purchase from iheartMAshoes.com.
Returns/exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your order date if merchandise meets the following guidelines:
- All merchandise must be unworn. Any shoes with signs of wear or damage will not be accepted or exchanged.
- Your return/exchange should contain the undamaged shoe box and original packaging.
- Your return should be shipped to us in its original packaging. Any shoes returned with postage on the original shoe box will be considered worn and will not be refunded. Your shipping label should be applied to your original packaging only. If your return is sent to us without its original packaging, we will not be able to accept the return.
Shoes marked as final sale and gift cards are not returnable.
RETURNS1. Fill out the Returns & Exchanges form included with your order and include this with your item(s) in the original shoebox and packaging.
2. For your protection, we recommend returning items by an insured method such as United Parcel Service (UPS) or Insured Parcel Post. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are unable to accept liability for returns lost or damaged in transit. Please note that original shipping charges CANNOT be refunded.
3. Ship the item(s) to:

4. Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment once items have been received.
If you received an item as a gift and need to return it, please follow the guidelines and instructions above for making a return. The person who purchased the gift for you, will be refunded the amount of the returned items.
