LOCAL PICK UP (MONTCLAIR CA, WAREHOUSE)

Local Pick-up packages are processed and available for pick-up Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm PST. Most orders will be processed and ready for pick-up within 1-2 business days.

We will send you a pick-up confirmation email when all or part of your order has been processed and the email will include date and time for pick up.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following business day, which is Monday.

SHIPPING POLICY

We strive to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. We offer domestic and international shipping, and the shipping rates may vary based on your order as well as location. Most orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Shipping and billing addresses must be valid U.S. addresses. Shipping is not available to A.P.O./F.P.O. and P.O. box addresses.

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order has shipped and the email will include your tracking number for your reference.

If your order includes several different items, we may ship them separately based on availability. Our confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped.

We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm PST.

  1. Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).
  2. Most items are available to ship within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted.
  3. We do not process orders during the following holidays, and orders placed on those dates will be processed when we resume business.
